Can GEBCorp participants check their accounts online?

All GEBCorp participants can access their account information by visiting www.gebcorp.com and clicking on the Participant Login button.

Once you have entered the information, you will be able to:

  • View detailed account information and balances
  • Change or realign investment elections
  • Change or realign fund balances
  • Change PIN information
  • Sign up for electronic statements
Can GEBCorp members obtain account information via the telephone?
 

By calling the toll free voice response unit (VRU) at (866) 482-7101, Customers will be prompted to enter their Social Security number and personal identification number. Once you have entered the information, you will be able to:

  • Hear detailed account information and balances
  • Make changes to account
  • Change or realign fund balances
  • Change PIN information

Do GEBCorp members receive quarterly benefit statements?

Members will receive a comprehensive benefit statement as soon as administratively possible after the close of each quarter. The statement shows the member’s account balance, any contributions and earnings or losses credited to their account during the reporting period, and recent performance of each of the Plan’s account options. All members are highly encouraged to notify GEBCorp of an address change to ensure they receive their statements.
